ESL 19+
These ESL courses are designed for newcomers that do not qualify to opt to the English Courses provided by the Government of Canada. These courses will give enough knowledge to the participants who are looking to improve their English skills.
Three courses were defined to permit the students to learn English in the real world. The students learn by listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The Program of English classes for refugees consists of 3 levels
Where and when the program was delivered?
This program started in 2021 and continues until the present. The program
has the following schedules:
ENG-101 (New students): Wednesday and Friday from 11:00 to 1:00 pm
ENG 102: Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 am to 12:00 PM
ENG 103: Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am
- Duration: Four hours a week during 12 weeks for a total of 48 hours for each level
- Location: Hybrid in person at Community Wise Resource Centre and Google Meet
